Neal 

Neal is the first of the Raven Team to be allocated Crowborough, Uckfield, Tunbridge Wells and all of those surrounding areas.

Neal founded the Raven Driving School and has been a dedicated instructor for over 3 years, working for a large franchise to learn the trade before going independent and starting up the Raven Driving School.

​

Neal has been an experienced driver for over 23 years and specialises in learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety and those struggling with certain skills. He is also advanced in Pass Plus courses and various weather driving skills. He has a diploma in Health Social care and mental health psychology and includes much of this when working with all students.

​

Neal has been an experienced mechanic for many years and worked with local police forces to help prepare recruits with in car training and getting their driving licences ready for their blue light training.

 

Tunbridge Wells is a very popular area, with a great mix of young and old, and requires a very high level of experience and knowledge.

​

The roads are complex and the area requires a high level of concentration and coaching due to the hills, roundabouts, traffic volume and consistent roadworks, but once you hit the wide open areas, away from the main city, the roads are fun, fast and allow you to show your skills off to the examiners (safely of course).

 

There are plenty of narrow side streets, straight roads and busy seafront promenades, not to mention the 40's and 50's mph rural roads which lead to fast tracked dual carriageways and multiple roundabouts with lane changes. There's every road you are likely to encounter, all rolled into one!​

Although Crowborough and Uckfield are a little bit more relaxed and rely more on hill starts and tighter country lanes, they consist of smaller towns and generally have more of a fast pace feel to them!

The rates for his services within the areas are as follows:

Driving lessons: £40 per hour (2 hours minimum = £80)

Pass-Plus course: £240 per course (6 hours total)

Evening online theory classes: £20 per hour (1 hour)

ADI part 2 training: £45 per hour (1 hour minimum)
